Over the years I have read many books on procrastination and each was similar. What struck me was how simple a concept the Consistency Chain is and what really amazed me is that it works.

After reading Consistency is the New Currency, I started putting an X on my calendar.   I have not missed a single day of exercise using this simple technique. Thank you George and Jim for writing this wonderful book that has changed my life and my health for the good!
